When I talk about writing or work, I often refer to building a “body of work”.

When I talk about homeschooling, especially a customized education or unschooling, I talk about a “body of learning”

When I talk about packaging up learning on a homeschool transcript, I talk about the “body of learning – the knowledge, experience, and skills- gained over the high school years or at the high school level.”

Realizing that I’m continuing to use “body of”

Like in a “body of water”

But in this case a body of knowledge, tools, and resources that can be leveraged, used and drawn upon, over time.

Accumulated little bits a time. Like drops of water. It all comes together into this unique body of work or learning.

Cuz little bits add up.
